Michael Allen

My philosophy is to teach as many people about functional fitness (Balance/Stability/Core Strengthening) and how-to-move with perfect form starting with basic mechanics.  I love working with people who want to build muscle or trying to lose weight/body fat. I also enjoy occupational training (Sitting/Standing/Walking), helping people prepare for vigorous vacations, everyday life and outdoor activities.  Clients that have special needs are among my favorite clients to train. They have an underlying motivation that drives them to be better, not just look better. My 16 years of experience as a personal trainer and 8 years as a fitness manager have allowed me to work with thousands of clients and many different people from around the world.  You will never be “ready” to start your fitness & health journey. YOU just have to take one step at a time, and I’m ready to help you, when you are READY.

Tammy’s treatments emphasize body work referred to as Tui Na, together with the needles in each treatment, utilizing the knowledge passed down from her teacher a Buddhist Monk whose specialty was hands on work moving energy in the meridians. This combination of modalities is relaxing, effective and yields results.

Debra Hennesy

My education is in psychology, clinical rehabilitation and neuroscience, with an emphasis in psychoneuroimmunology (PNI)…a fancy way to explain the connection between the brain, body, and our internal healing capacities. As well, I have logged over 6000 hours of training and experience (ever since my business was founded in 1995) in the fields of yoga therapy, yoga, Pilates, stress management, and psychotherapy.

As the owner of two wellness studios in Wisconsin, I developed and taught (along with a faculty of 25) 3 teacher training programs, in which people learn to become instructors of yoga and Pilates, as well as yoga therapists.
